Our contractor accommodation Scarborough, is a split-level apartment, with one flight of stairs from the front door up to the living area and kitchen, and a further internal staircase to the bedrooms and bathroom. Guests with mobility issues may find the layout challenging.
On-street parking is available along Commercial Street, often directly outside, usually within a few metres. Unrestricted after 5pm and before 9am Monday to Saturday, and before noon and after 5pm on Sundays. During restricted hours, 3-hour disc parking applies; a disc is provided in the apartment.
Daytime parking: Sainsbury’s car park less than 5 minutes’ walk (up to 3 hours free, Horizon app for longer stays at around £4 per day, or Tesco Superstore approximately 12 minutes’ walk with greater availability at around £8 per day.

Free on-street parking is available directly outside along Commercial Street, which is completely unrestricted overnight (after 5pm and before 9am Monday to Saturday, and all day Sunday until Monday morning). A parking disc is provided inside the apartment for daytime 3-hour restrictions. For larger commercial transits or long daytime stays, the Sainsbury’s car park is just a 5-minute walk away and costs approximately £4 per day via the Horizon app.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, and all necessary cooking utensils so your crew can prepare their own meals. A washing machine is also provided inside the apartment, allowing workers to easily wash their workwear and gear during long-term stays without needing a laundrette.
Yes. Our spacious Falsgrave apartment has two private bedrooms designed to comfortably house separate workers. Bedroom 1 features a luxurious King-sized bed. Bedroom 2 features a premium Superking-sized bed that can be split into two separate single beds upon request.
