Is there parking available for large vans or commercial vehicles?
Yes. Free on-street parking is available along Commercial Street, often directly outside. It is completely unrestricted overnight (after 5pm and before 9am Monday to Saturday, and before noon and after 5pm on Sundays). During daytime restricted hours, a 3-hour disc parking rule applies, and we provide a parking disc inside the apartment for your convenience. For longer daytime stays or larger commercial vehicles, the Sainsbury’s car park is a 5-minute walk away (extendable for ~£4/day via the Horizon app), and Tesco Superstore offers parking for ~£8/day via the Horizon app.
Please note that this is a beautifully finished, split-level apartment. There is one flight of stairs from the front door up to the living area and kitchen, and a further internal staircase leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. Guests with limited mobility may find this layout challenging.

Our Falsgrave apartment sits in a prime central location just a few steps from Bloom Coffee Shop & Bakery. For groceries, a large Sainsbury’s supermarket, a local convenience store, and traditional greengrocers are all within a few minutes’ walk. For eating out or dining in, you will find excellent Indian and Chinese restaurants, local cafes, and traditional fish and chip shops just down the street. We are also just a 10-minute walk from Scarborough train station and a mile from the seafront.
