A beautifully finished 2-bedroom apartment in Scarborough, sits in the Falgrave, a popular area of Scarborough. A standalone apartment above Falsgrave Road’s shopfronts, not part of a larger block, so no shared corridors or communal entrances. It’s just 10 minutes’ walk from the train station, a mile from the seafront, and a few feet from Bloom Coffee Shop & Bakery.
The 2-bedroom apartment Scarborough has one flight of stairs from the front door up to the living area and kitchen, and a further internal staircase to the bedrooms and bathroom. Guests with mobility issues may find the layout challenging.
Scarborough Open Air Theatre (Europe’s largest open air stage) and the Scarborough Spa are both less than a mile away, with the Open Air Theatre hosting international acts including Michael Bublé, Kylie Minogue and Tom Jones.
On-street parking is available along Commercial Street, sometimes directly outside, usually within a few metres. Unrestricted after 5pm and before 9am Monday to Saturday, and before noon and after 5pm on Sundays. During restricted hours, 3-hour disc parking applies; a disc is provided in the apartment. For longer daytime stays, the Sainsbury’s car park is less than 5 minutes’ walk, it’s free for up to 3 hours, extendable via the Horizon parking app for around £4 per day. Alternatively, the Tesco Superstore car park is around half a mile away (approximately 12 minutes on foot) with greater availability for around £8 per day via the Horizon app.
The Living Space
Double aspect with tall Victorian sash windows on two sides. It’s light and airy throughout the day. Comfortable sofa and two armchairs, flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC iPlayer and more (sign into your accounts). Round dining table seats four.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped for home cooking, with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full crockery and cookware. Everything you need for a self-catering stay.
Bedroom 1
King-size bed with plush bedding, premium linen, bedside lamps, bedside sockets and hairdryer. Wardrobe storage and tower fan provided.
Bedroom 2
Super-king bed, which can be split into two singles on request, just let us know before arrival. Same quality finish as Bedroom 1, with bedside lamps, hairdryer and wardrobe storage. Tower fan provided.
The Bathroom
Modern and clean, with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. Complimentary toiletries provided.

The layout features one flight of stairs leading from the front door up to the main living area and kitchen, and a further internal staircase that leads up to the bedrooms and bathroom. Because of these two separate staircases, guests with limited or restricted mobility may find the physical layout of the property challenging.
Free on-street parking is available along Commercial Street, often right outside or within a few metres of the property. It is completely unrestricted overnight (after 5pm and before 9am Monday to Saturday, and all day Sunday). For daytime parking during your stay, we provide a 3-hour parking disc inside the apartment, or you can use the nearby Sainsbury’s car park for around £4 per day via the Horizon parking app.
You are spoiled for choice right on our doorstep! We are located just a few feet away from the popular Bloom Coffee Shop & Bakery for your morning coffee and treats. Within a few minutes’ walk, you will also find a large Sainsbury’s supermarket, a local greengrocer, excellent Indian and Chinese restaurants, and traditional fish and chip shops for easy dining in or out.
