We work with loss adjusters and insurance alternative accommodation teams to make the process as straightforward as possible.
This is a split-level apartment, with one flight of stairs from the front door up to the living area and kitchen, and a further internal staircase to the bedrooms and bathroom. Guests with mobility issues may find the layout challenging.
On-street parking is available along Commercial Street — sometimes directly outside, usually within a few metres. Unrestricted after 5pm and before 9am Monday to Saturday, and before noon and after 5pm on Sundays. During restricted hours, 3-hour disc parking applies; a disc is provided in the apartment.
Daytime parking: Sainsbury’s car park less than 5 minutes’ walk (up to 3 hours free, Horizon app for longer stays at around £4 per day, or Tesco Superstore approximately 12 minutes’ walk with greater availability at around £8 per day.
